  Working Principles
Click to ViewThe macro-carriers are loaded with micro-carriers coated with plasmid/DNA to be transformed. The burst of helium shock wave carries the macro particles and are held by stopping screen and the micro-carriers containing the plasmid/DNA penetrates into the bombardment chamber and enter into the target tissues.
