  Working Principles
Click to ViewLiquid chromatography- Mass Spectroscopy (LC- MS) is a technique which combines high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), a powerful analytical separation technique with mass spectroscopy (MS), a powerful analysis & detection technique. Electrospray Ionization (ESI) is a soft ionization technique most widely used in modern times MS and is compatible with most chromatographic separations. HPLC seperations can be detected by “Photo Diode Array (PDA)” detector and Mass spectrometer as different detectors. PDA has three dimensional projection over entire UV-VIS range. It is non-destructive detector so it can be put in series like HPL C-PDA Mass Spectrometer.

  User Instructions
Qualitative Analysis Quantitative Analysis Impurity Profiling Metabolite Studies Pharmacokinetics Pharma & biomedical applicationsSolvent for mobile phase should be mentioned or solubility of compound in volatile solvent should be given. LC of submitted samples indicating the operating conditions should be supplied along with the sample. Source of the compound should be mentioned. MS-DS (Material Safety Data Sheet) should be given along with samples to ensure that there are no toxic sample being given. Samples should not be toxic or hazardous. Samples will not be accepted unless accompanied by MS-DS.
